
Vitality by Design: A Therapeutic Movement Guide
Vitality by Design is a 10-week one-on-one, personalized guide for women navigating stress, chronic pain, health challenges, trauma, and/or life transitions, including menopause. Through a thoughtful blend of education and gentle practices, this program helps you reconnect with your body, restore balance, and reclaim your vitality.
This Guide brings together principles from physical therapy, myofascial release, nervous system health, and yoga within a supportive, trauma-informed approach. Each lesson is tailored to your needs, offering movement, self-myofascial release, and nervous system practices with practical tools you can take home and use right away.
Vitality isn’t something that just happens; it’s something you cultivate, one movement at a time.
What to Expect
Over 10 weeks, we’ll meet once a week for 75 minutes of guided learning and practice. This includes 8 private lessons and 2 Integration Weeks. The integration weeks act as natural pauses, giving you space to apply what you’ve learned, let it settle, and notice changes before adding new material.
The heart of this model is simple: learn, practice, and live it out so the experiences become part of your daily routines and lifestyle.
Each week builds on the last, with topics that remain consistent but practices that are personalized to your needs as we progress.
Week 1 – Awareness & Foundations: Learn simple ways to notice what your body is telling you and how to begin listening without judgment.
Week 2 – Understanding Human Biology of Stress: Learn what’s really happening in your body when life feels overwhelming, and how to use resources and tools to support change.
Week 3 – Building Capacity: Explore common stress patterns and learn how to gently shift them so you feel less stuck or anxious.
Week 4 – Integration #1: Put the learning into practice by bringing tools into everyday life and noticing any shifts in body, mind, or routines.
Week 5 – Fascia & Posture: Discover how your connective tissue supports every system in your body and how your posture can ease tension and impact your mood.
Week 6 – Rest & Healing: Learn the different types of rest and how to choose what your body truly needs.
Week 7 – Integration #2: Reflect, rest, and rejuvenate.
Week 8 – Play & Change: Experience how curiosity, repetition, and play help you create lasting change.
Week 9 – Breath Awareness: Learn the anatomy of your breath and its many connections within and around you.
Week 10 – Functional Strength & Integration: Bring it all together by adding functional strength, balance, and awareness to everyday life.

For up to 12 weeks, you may choose additional services at a discount to support your experience. These services are not required, but they can be very supportive to the nervous system and help optimize learning, rest, and enjoyment.
