Lisa is a licensed trauma-informed physical therapist, myofascial release practitioner, nervous system educator, and yoga instructor. She brings a unique integrative approach to healing—blending movement science, manual therapy, and nervous system awareness.  Her work centers on the strong connection between fascia and the nervous system, especially as it relates to chronic pain, stress-related conditions, and emotional resilience.

Lisa leads private and group Therapeutic Movement sessions that explore how we carry and express patterns in the body—movement habits, postural tendencies, tension, and even our reactive behaviors.  Grounded in curiosity, co-regulation, and the principles of neuroplasticity, her work supports a more attuned and compassionate relationship with the body. She also offers private Myofascial Release Therapy and is passionate about helping others build simple, sustainable habits for well-being.
